Here's a pretty unique (and COOL) program that Missourians can take advantage of. Dine Out Missouri gives you a $25 gift card if you can turn in $200 worth of dining out receipts during September from particular restaurants. Only the first 1000 to turn in receipts are eligible, so don't wait too long!
