Great cookbook I recommend for busy moms!

I bought this book a few months ago and really, really love it. The whole premise is to make these meals ahead of time so you can freeze them for convenient eating later on. As a busy mom, I find this approach extremely helpful! And I've tried a few recipes in this book and found them to be quite good.
